The News
Greg Biffle has finished outside the top 10 in his last seven starts at Richmond, according to
RacingOne.com.
Our View
Biffle had a streak of five straight top-eight finishes at RIR at one point, but for his career, he has just five top 10s in 16 starts. He has been quite effective for fantasy owners in the second half of the year, but it might be a good weekend to pass on the driver of the No. 16.

The News
According to
RacingOne.com, Jeff Gordon has finished in the top 10 in his last seven races at Richmond.
Our View
Gordon has a 5.4 finishing average at the track during the stretch and finished second at RIR earlier this year. He hasn't won at the track since 2000, but he has finished in the top four in four of his last seven starts. Expect Gordon near the front, even if he doesn't end up in victory lane.

The News
Marcos Ambrose finished ninth at Richmond International Raceway earlier this year, according to
RacingOne.com.
Our View
It was his best career finish at the track and his second finish of 11th or better in three starts. He has been running well as of late, and with his solid history at short tracks, Ambrose could be an one of the better sleeper options this weekend.

The News
Jeff Burton has finished sixth or better in three of his last four starts at Richmond, according to
RacingOne.com.
Our View
He finished fourth at the track earlier this season, and he has been inching closer and closer to a win. Although he is winless in 2010, Burton has compiled the third-best driver rating. A win seems almost inevitable.

The News
Dale Earnhardt, Jr has three career wins at Richmond International Raceway, according to
RacingOne.com.
Our View
However, he has just one top-10 finish in his last eight starts at the track, including three straight finishes outside the top 20. Given his struggles this season, it is hard to believe he will suddenly return to his winning ways.

The News
Kevin Harvick has finished in the top 10 in 10 of his last 11 starts at Richmond, according to
RacingOne.com.
Our View
Harvick has one victory and an 8.2 finishing average during the strecth. He finished third at RIR earlier this year, and after bad luck bit him at Atlanta last weekend, a bounceback performance should be in order.

The News
Ryan Newman has one race to overcome a 117-point deficit and make the Chase, according to
RacingOne.com.
Our View
He is facing an almost impossible task, but he couldn't have asked for a better track. Newman has finished in the top 10 in three straight starts at Richmond and has 13 finishes of 12th or better in 17 starts. Whether he makes the Chase or not, Newman can help fantasy owners this weekend.

The News
Tony Stewart is a three-time winner at Richmond International Raceway, according to
RacingOne.com.
Our View
He hasn't won since 2002, but he has finished second in three of his last six starts at the track. Coming off a win at Atlanta, fantasy owners have to be poised to jump on Stewart if one of his patented winning streaks begins.

The News
Mark Martin's 25th-place finish at Richmind earlier this year snapped a four-race streak of top-five finishes at the track for the veteran driver, according to
RacingOne.com.
Our View
The poor finish is something that has been all too familiar for Martin in 2010. He has just one top-10 finish in his last 12 starts this year, and he has finished outside the top 20 in his past three. At this point, he is a liability to fantasy owners.

The News
According to
RacingOne.com, Clint Bowyer has never finished worse than 18th at Richmond.
Our View
He has finished 12th or better in eight of his nine starts at the track, including a win. His 10.2 finishing average is the third-best in the series. Not only is Bowyer a safe bet to claim the final spot in the Chase, but he is a safe play for fantasy owners as well.
